Sameer Mir completed his Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship & Innovation, from Vancouver, Canada in 2017. Being extremely keen in the family business since childhood, and as the only son of Mr. Tanveer Mir, he immediately moved back to Pakistan to join TMR. He is currently the Director of Business and Product Development at the company at but also plays a key role in all strategic decisions and oversees important financial matters. Sameer joined with a vision of unprecedented growth of the company and its employees after realising the high scalability and potential of the business. He highly values Continuous Innovation, Human Resource Development and Positive Customer & Vendor Relationships.
Anum Mir Joined the company soon after completing her BBA in Finance and Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Lahore School of Economics in 2012. She is the oldest daughter of Mr. Tanveer Mir, and is the Director HR at TMR. She naturally got inclined towards the HR department of the company due to her keen interest in people and high emotional intelligence. She played a key role in laying the foundation for the company’s HR department, its culture and its structure, making it into an organisation. She helped hire some of the key positions at the time when the company required innovation and change for further growth. Today, she leads all HR and Administrative matters as well as the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. She has a keen interest in developing human resource professionally and personally, improving employee morale and engagement and contributing back to the earth and society.
Mr. Imran Khan has completed his Bachelor and Master’s in Business Admiration with a specialization in HRM. He joined the company in as the HR Manager and today he is Director Operations, the only out of family director at TMR. Today, he plays a key role in the strategic decision making at TMR. Initially he was the one who developed and implemented standardised systems at TMR in the HR, Supply Chain, Production & Quality departments. He helped streamline Regulations, SOPs, mandatory documentation which eventually resulted in increased efficiency, improved quality, and operational excellence. Mr. Imran Khans dedication, data-oriented approach, people management skills and effective leadership make him a valuable part of the team.
Imran Chaudhry has completed his MBA in Finance and is also a finalist in the CA program. He joined the company in as the Chief Financial Officer in 2014 and has been an integral part of TMR ever since. He played a key role in developing regulations, SOPs, structure and goals for the Finance Department at TMR. Today, he leads the accounts team in daily operations, attracts investments, monitors assets, manages funds and provides financial reporting to the senior management. Mr. Imran Chaudhry’s expertise in financial management as well as his leadership skills and commitment to the organisation makes him a valuable part of the team.
Maha Chaudhry has completed her Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management & Marketing from Vancouver, Canada in 2017. After getting married to Sameer Mir in 2019, she moved to Pakistan and joined the company as the Strategic Support Officer. She plays a key role in the planning and implementation of the company’s strategic goals and initiatives, provides project management, and offers strategic support for special projects by the HR & Business Development Department. Her expertise includes analytical thinking, planning & organisation, people management and technology.
