Product Development
TMR has a dedicated mold-making section where the design team develops molds from scratch to ensure that the product is made of the finest quality. Our state-of-the-art lab with enables us to not only reverse engineer, but also develop new products and test them to their precise standards.
Compound Formulation
Our Rubber Compounding Section uses the best practices and finest materials to process and make rubber to reach its most optimum composition according to each specific product.
Rubber Parts Manufacturing
We process our metal in-house and use an appropriate adhesive application technique before manufacturing the rubber parts. We then produce the part using compression, injection and transfer molding or extrusion depending on the product being produced.

O Rings & Oil Seals
Oil seals are used to protect shafts and bearings from ingress of liquids, dirt, foreign matter and egress of oil or grease. We produce O-rings, rubber body, steel body, edging seals and sealing strips.
Vibration Control Parts
Vibration control products are used to provide isolation, absorb shock and snub movement giving your equipment maximum service life. Some products we produce include Rubber & Mounted Bushes, Foundations, Mountings, Dampers and Couplings.
Grommets
Rubber grommets are more commonly used to protect or cover holes and to protect cables or wires from sharp corners or edges. TMR produces a several types of grommets to suit your application, ensuring long lasting performance.
Other Miscellaneous Rubber Parts
We produce various other rubber parts for Automotive OEMs, after-market and several other industries such as Rubber Boots, Paddle Covers, Stoppers, Sprockets & Flow pipes.
