Our manufacturing facility and offices are located in Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore, Pakistan. Systems at TMR were designed by experts from Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA- Japan) and Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SAMEDA – Pakistan).
Product Development
TMR is equipped with a state-of-the-art lab with the latest equipment in rubber and industrial technology which enables us to develop new products and test them to their precise standards. Our mold-making section is where the design team develops molds from scratch to ensure that the product is made of the finest quality.
Compound Formulation
Our Rubber Compounding Section uses the best practices and finest materials to process and make rubber to reach its most optimum composition according to each specific product. Research and development of raw material recipes, rubber mixing and smelting, physical functions tests, and material tests are being done in the modern in-house laboratory. The effective combination of accuracy in molds, machines, and material compositions enable us to guarantee the perfect quality of the product and maximum customer satisfaction.
Rubber Parts Manufacturing
We process our metal in-house and by performing the efficient-adhesive-applying technique, we ensure that the metal forms a strong bond with our rubber, giving the final product the durability, we are known for. Then, we then produce the part using compression, injection and transfer molding or extrusion depending on the product being produced.Our inspection team conducts thorough tests at every step to make sure that we are delivering the product we commit to our clients. Our impeccable quality control standards are based on an international-standard ‘Process Quality Control Table’. Moreover, our team of inspectors physically check each component to ensure nothing, but the best enters our finished goods store.
